Seems 'corruption' is the buzz word these days. Everybody is talking about it.
If corruption in India is lot cried about, so is 'Democracy' in rest of world...
It started from Egypt and spreading all over the world like liquid chocolate on ice cream ( :) I love that combination!)

Among these news, came sad news of Sonu Sinha.
These incidents with all these scams seems to have waken up few minds. Everybody seems to be crying about Government. "Government is not doing anything..."

Now I have few simple question

What is difference between democracy and autocracy?
Pretty simple. In autocracy people cry about everything and do nothing, in democracy people speak up for themselves and earn a life for themselves.
But what are we doing in India? We are just crying about everything. What kind of democracy is it, we can't do anything in our country to fight these!
Anna stood up and we all know what happened. But what have you done?
If anybody can fight all this is we, citizen. It's we who want democracy not politicians, so we should fight. Why are we expecting politicians to fight for us and not for themselves.
I think the problem is much deeper. We are in Generation which got Independence in gift from previous generation. Neither we have earned it nor we value it. So now when it's in danger we want others to solve it!
Why not we stand up for ourself?
If we don't do it, then whom we expect to do it?

2011 has been not good for me so far, the only nice thing happened is new job.
I'm liking it very much my new job at SMS, it has brought sense of stability in inner-self (don't know why) but feeling good inside.
Finally found some good friends here in Gurgaon.
Life is lot calmer after deactivating facebook, I'm able to dedicate more time for myself.
Currently updating wish list of 2011, must be ready by weekend!
Most people are very angry with me, since I have suspended communication means since Dec 2010 (Orkut, Facebook, Google Chat, etc... even comments in blog were suppressed. Friends, I need some time, think where am I leading in life? Life was like insane trigger happy chiclero. By June everything should be normal.
Lot of people wanted this. Yes, pictures of my new home in Anjar shall be put after my next visit to home.
Couldn't attend Jaypal's marriage I know he's not going to forgive me ever for this.
Am growing like potato bin, need to control it pretty quickly, waist have gone to 34 from 28 now.
Now comments in Blog have been re-enabled.

આ IIM વાળા તો ભાઈ જાદુગર છે જાદુગર! જુઓ ને CAT ને MAT બનાવી નાખી એ પણ એક જ વરસ માં.

દિલ્લી માં નવરાત્રી માં ગરબા શોધી શક્યો નથી. કદાચ ક્યાંક ગરબા થતા હશે,
જોકે દિલ્લી માં ગુજરાતી સમાજ તો અસ્તીત્વ માં છે.
આ વખતે માતાના મઢ પગે જવાની ઇચ્છા હતી પણ મારી પાસે એકપણ રજા નથી!!!
દીવાળી માં રજા માટે કાંઇક તો કરવું જ પડશે. કાલે જ ખબર પડી કે ૧૫ ઓક્ટોબર સુધી કલવા (મુંબઈ, જ્યાં અમારું ટ્રૈનીંગ સેન્ટર છે) માં ટ્રૈનીંગ (VVVF Drives) છે.
સીલેબસ ની રીતે જોવા જઈએ તો આ કોર્સ સ્વીટ્ઝરલેન્ડ ની મારી ટ્રૈનીંગ કરતા વધુ સારો છે.
કદાચ ટ્રૈનીંગ પતાવી ને સીધો જ્ ઘરે જાઇશ.

આખરે મળી જ ગ્યું!!!
ઘણા સમય થી Old Spice નું deo શોધતો હતો. આખું દિલ્લી ફરી વળ્યો પણ ક્યાય થી ના મળ્યું. આજે ફુડ બજાર (આ ફૂડ બજાર માં ડીયો પણ મળે!) માં મળી તો ગ્યું પણ ટ્રાયલ પેક હતો, અડધો વાપરેલી હાલત માં. કસ્ટમર કેરે મને વાયદો કર્યો છે કે એકાદ અઠવાડિયા માં નવા સ્ટોક માં મળી જાશે. કદાચ આવતા અઠવાડિયે મળી જાય તો મારી લાંબા સમય ની શોધખોળ પૂરી થાય. મજાની વાત તો ઈ છે કે Old Spice ની વેબ સાઈટ પર આ પ્રોડક્ટ વિષે કોઈ જ માહિતી ઉપલબ્ધ નથી. મૂળ તો આ બ્રાંડ Schultz ની છે પણ હવે પ્રોક્ટર એન્ડ ગેમ્બલે આ બ્રાંડ વેચાતી લઇ લીધી છે. કદાચ એટલે જ કોઈ માહિતી ઉપલબ્ધ નથી. જે પણ હોય આ ડીયો ની ગુણવત્તા બહુ સારી હોય છે અને માઈલ્ડ હોવાના કારણે લોકો (જેને એલર્જી હોય તેમ)ને કોઈ તકલીફ પણ નથી થતી.
કેટ નું ફોર્મ બહાર પડી ગયું છે, આવતા અઠવાડિયે ભરીશ. તૈયારી તો નહિ જ થાય પણ પહેલી વાર કેટ ઓનલાઈન છે, ટ્રાય મારવામાં વાંધો નથી. જીમેટ ની તૈયારી નથી થતી, સપ્ટેમ્બર એન્ડ છે એટલે અમારા નાણાકીય વર્ષ નો છેલ્લો મહિનો! (સીમેન્સ જર્મન કમ્પની હોવાથી ટેકનીકલ વાળાઓનું વર્ષ સપ્ટે. થી સપ્ટે. હોય છે.)
છેલ્લા ત્રણ દિવસ થી દિલ્લી માં સતત વરસાદ ચાલુ હતો, મુંબઈ ની સ્ટાઈલ માં. પણ હા ન્યુજ ચેનલો માં બતાવતા હતો એટલો પણ નો'તો પડતો, બધા ન્યુજ ચેનલો વાળા ઓ એ રાડોરાડ કરી નાખી દિલ્લી માં પુર આવશે, પણ એવું કાંઈ જ ન બન્યું. જેવો વિક એન્ડ આવ્યો વરસાદ પણ બંધ!
બ્લોગ લખવા માટે સમય નથી મળતો! જિંદગી માં કરવા માટે ઘણુંબધું છે જીમેટ, ડેબિયન, બ્લોગ, વાંચન, હેકિંગ... (લીસ્ટ ઘણું લાંબુ છે) પણ ટાઈમ ક્યાં???
તો કાલે (કે આજે રાતના બે તો વાગી ગયા) મળશુ.

આંધી નું આ ગીત બહુ જ સરસ છે. ગુલઝાર્ ના ગીત આમેય બહુ સારા હોય છે. ૧૯૭૫ માં ગુલઝરે બનાવેલી આ ફિલ્મ ઈન્દીરા ગાંધી નાં જીવન પર આધારીત હોવાનું કહેવાય છે. એના પર પ્રતિબંધ પણ લાગેલો! સંજીવ કુમાર ને સુચિત્રા સેન નો અભિનય દમદાર છે. હરિહર જરીવાલા હોટલ મેનેજર છે. એકવાર સુચિત્રા સેન ની જિંદગી બચાવે છે ને બંને પ્રેમ માં પડે છે. પિતા ની ઈચ્છા વિરુધ્દ્ધ જઈને લગ્ન કરે છે. બંને વચ્છે અણબનાવ થવાથી અલગ રહે છે. આ ગીત વર્ષો પછી બંને મળે છે ત્યાર નું છે.

.......Ek din ek kutta jungle main raasta kho gaya . Tabhi usane dekha ek sher uskii taraf aa raha hai. Kutte ki saans rookh gayi. "Aaj to kaam tamaam mera!" usne socha. Phir usne saamane kuchh sookhi haddiyan padi dekhi. Woh aate hue sher ki taraf peeth kar ke baith gayaaur ek sookhi hadii ko choosane laga aur zor zor se bolne laga, "wah! Sher ko khaane ka maza hi kuchh aur hai. Ek aur mil jaaye to poori daawat ho jayegi!"

Aur usne zor se dakaar mara. Is bar sher sakate mein aa gayaa. Usne socha "ye kutta to sher ka shikar karta hai! Jaan bacha kara bhago!"

Aur sher wahan se champat ho gaya ..

Ped par baitha ek Bandar yeh sab tamasha dekh raha tha. Usne socha yeh mauka achha hai sher ko sari kahani bata deta hoon - sher se dosti ho jayegi aur usase zindagi bhar ke liye jaan ka khatra dur ho jayega. Woh phataphat sher ke pichhe bhaga. Kutte ne Bandar ko jaate hue dekh liya aur samajh gayaki koi locha hai. Udhar Bandar ne sher ko sab bata diya ki kaise kutte ne use bewakoof banaya hai. Sher zor se dahada, "chal mere saath abhi uski leela khatam karta hoon" aur Bandar ko

બીલકુલ અંધારુ... પછી વરસાદ પડ્યો. આવું કોઇ દિવસ નો’તુ જોયું.

અમદાવાદ એરપોર્ટ પર ઉતર્યો ત્યારે એક અજબ ની લાગણી થઈ, ધરતી ને અડવાનુ મન થઈ ગ્યું. ફ્લાઈટ મા પણ લોકો ને ગુજરાતી બોલતા જોઇ બહુ આનંદ થ્યો. કોઇ વસ્તુ દુર હોય ત્યારે જ કેમ તેનુ મહત્વ ખબર પડે?
અમદાવાદ મા સૌથી પહેલા MM ની ચા પીવા ગ્યો, ને પછી choice માં જઈ નાસ્તો કર્યો. જુના દિવસો ની યાદ આવી ગઈ!
ઘરે આવીને પહેલા દાબેલી ખાધી, ઇ તો ક્ચ્છ સીવાય ક્યાય સારી નથી મળતી.

આ શનીવાર ના ઓફીસ માં કંઈક અલગ જ મજા હોય!!!

ટી-શર્ટ, જીન્સ પહેરી ને જાઓ, એકદમ શાંતી હોય

મસ્ત કીશોર કુમાર ના ગીત વગાડો, ફોન નો ડ્બ્બો પણ શાંત હોય.

સાહેબ ને વાત કરશુ સોમવાર ના બદલે શનીવાર આવુ તો ના ચાલે? ;)

ઘરે જાવાથી પહેલા બધુ કામ ફટાફ્ટ પતાવુ પડશે. બાકી બધા પહોચી ગ્યા છે.

કાલે કાર્તિક ભાઈ થી બ્લોગ મા વાત થયા બાદ લિનક્સ ઈન્સ્ટોલ કરવાનુ ભુત વળ્ગ્યું.

suse ૧૧, kde ૪ સાથે નાખી પણ એમા એક બગ હતો, ઈથરર્નેટ કામ જ નો’તુ કરતુ બરોબર, હવે pclos ચાલે છે.

આખરે વિઝીટર સ્ક્રીપ્ટ પણ નાખી દિધી બ્લોગ માં.

કોશીશ કરી છે કે રેડીમેઈડ સ્ક્રીપ્ટ કરતા કંઈક મૌલિક્તા હોય, જોકે સંપુર્ણ્પણે મારી બનાવેલી નથી, આ વેબ ટ્રાફીક ઓછો વાપરશે! ચાલો બેન્ડ્વીથ ની કરકસર થાશે.

IP વાળી સ્ક્રીપ્ટ લોકો ને બતાવવા રાખી છે કે ઈન્ટરનેટ મા તમારી ઓળખાણ છુપાવી અઘરી છે, માટે શીખાઉ લેમરો (જે પોતાને હેકર માનતા હોય છે) ધ્યાન રાખજો ભાઈ!!!!

ઈમરાન ભાઈ ને લોકો મકાન નથી આપતા, કદાચ લોકો ને બીક હશે કે ભાઈ આજુબાજુ ની બધી સ્ત્રીઓ ને ગમવા માડશે તો!!! માંડ માંડ તો એક મળી છે ઈ પણ જાશે ;)

ઓફીસ માં પણ વિન્ડોઝ ઉપર કામ નથી કરવું પણ કાંઈ નઈ થાય!!!!

મારા usb ઉપર થી લાઈવ લિનક્સ બુટ નથી થાતું... ... કોઈક માર્ગદર્શક શોધવો પડ્શે

Personally I've faced it many times in welspun. What actually happens is when during opearation, if anything in incoming side (ACB or MCCB) trips, it will open the incoming path of drive. As power is cutoff motors will regenerate some power (amount depends upon mainly application). Now power cannot go back to system as incoming circuit is open so obviously it will circulate in system and chances are it will blow something. The remedy is ... ... (won't reveal it that easily. I want somebody of you to answer)

Six Months @ SIEMENS (SIEMENS મા છ મહીના)

I have completed six months in SIEMENS.

Now I'm confirmed employee. (પાકી નોકરી થૈ ગઈ ભાઈ, હવે તો લગ્ન ની માર્કેટ મા મારી વેલ્યુ વધી જાશે નહી???)

First question people gonna ask how you feelin' there?

Well, SIEMENS rocks!!!

I wonder if any other company has that kind of working style and culture.

It's fabulous and fearless but importantly it's system driven organization.

અહીયા વેલ્સ્પન જેવું નથી ચાલતું!!! :( ... ...

For most of electrical engineers, SIEMENS is dream company. Some friends ask are you satisfied, you can't get anything better than this!)

Yes! I'm very satisfied with what I'm doing.

But I think it's not end of world, aye this is problem with me, overconfident and over ambitious!!!

સંતોષી નર સદા સુખી!!! પણ શું કરુ સંતોષ જ નથી થાતો... ...

Out of six months, most of time I have spent making myself comfirtable with system and my profile. It's very unique profile.

Heck! I learnt more in this six months more than any six months in my life.

આવતા અઠ્વાડીયે કદાચ ઘરે જાઈશ! પ્લાન બધા બની ગ્યા છે, જોઈએ કેટ્લા successful થાય છે?

Rise for National Anthem

Today, I went for a movie, Fast & the Furious 4. They play national anthem for first show everyday. This refers few years back, I was in a movie hall, a'bad, messege displayed on screen, I stood up but to my shock, the only other guy standing was doorkeeper!

Then he (Doorkeeper) yelleds something, I don't exactly remember what but in 3-4 sec everybody was rising leaving their precious pop-corns and cold drinks on seats. All the people were 'so called' educated and civilized and there was uneducated door keeper. Later I talked to him, congratulated him, he said in most of shows he has to do same!!!!

But today as the messege displayed on screen, everybody rose, I realized this is result of efforts from those uneducated door-keepers. So hail them!!!

Yeh, I must talk about the movie now, as you expect, wonderful movie for action movie lovers. Hindi guys, one more plot, so dhoom 3 must be rolling now. They have some creative idea from... or should I say they have direct stunts to copy from. Paul Walker is good. Hey gotta go, catch you later...

Why she is the most selling?

Just completed reading Second Thoughts by Shobhaa De. The back cover of book said, she is the most selling author in India! If you read the book, it has got nothing in it. Neither it has flow nor quality to impress user. The story has no backbone. The whole stuff is, a gal is not satisfied by her husband, neither physically nor emotionally is been attracted to young chap nearby. Chap was smart enough to f**k her once and fled. The story flows and comes to an abrupt end. Yeh, I like open ended stories but what the hell was this? You can't believe that story has ended there. It's full of weird characters inside. Not a single couple is happy in whole story! If you are thinking it has got a messege in it, then you are making a mistake too. All the time story keep saying that mumbai is not so good, or should I say, Mumbai is not better than Kolkata! Personally I hate it, any comparision between two uncomparable!
I passionately feel we have lots of better writers in this country.

On the contrary, I started reading The Woman by OSHO, now this was something exquisite. May be u love or hate osho but you have to agree that book has got originality in ideas. I never had this angle to view women! Though I have just started reading it but I'm sure this is one of the best stuff written on women...
